First Impressions: Shea Moisture Haircare

Last time I popped into Boots I noticed this beautiful looking brand on offer and was already on the hunt for some new haircare. I recently bleached my hair and ever since I've been trying to maintain the condition of my hair whilst also improving any damage left behind or from everyday activities.

Ingredients: The ingredients in these are pretty simple which is great when you're looking for natural products with high-quality ingredients inside. The main ingredients are; Shea butter, kelp, argan oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, castor oil, peppermint and a range of flower extracts. The other great thing about this brand is it's colour safe and is free of sulfates.
I was honestly shocked when I looked on the back and realised I could pronounce and recognise pretty much every single ingredient, which doesn't happen a lot! Especially, because most of these oils are already extremely well known in the haircare industry for providing healthier, softer hair.

When I first picked these up, it was on a whim and I wasn't 100% sure whether they would do much - purely because I'd never even heard of the brand before.  Even more so they weren't super expensive and sat around the £10-12 margin which is great considering the range of stunning ingredients that cost quite a bit on their own.

Overall, I didn't notice a massive difference straight away from other 'less natural' haircare products, besides the consistency of the shampoo which had a thicker substance and then a lighter oil that sat on top which requires shaking to mix together before use. I did find I need a smaller amount than other drugstore products and seemed to still work just as well. I find overall in time it will definitely do the job of restoring any damage and maintaining the softness of my hair as after one use I did definitely notice my hair felt softer. My general first impression was that the consistency of the products were quite thick and heavy so I personally wouldn't recommend for people with fine, thin and/or short hair. I also, someone with super thick, long hair, found I used the normal amount I use for other brands for the first use and it ended up being way too much! So, definitely less is more with these products.

Empties #1

Today, I thought I'd finally do my first empties post! I love the idea of these as it means I can review a large amount of stuff in one quick and easy post! Also, apologies for the appearance of the Lush toner - the packaging always wears with me!

Lush Eau Roma Water - I am a massive fan of spray toners, they're refreshing, soothing and great to use before makeup or on top of makeup when you're face is getting a bit sweaty! And this one is no different. The smell is lovely and soothing and I mainly use in my morning and nighttime routine. I've found it has really calmed down my skin - especially after using some harsh exfoliators that I chucked a while ago after realising they were doing more damage than good. Surprisingly, this bottle lasted a really long time and even when I got towards the end the spray pump still applied the product evenly! Especially as this product is really inexpensive and would definitely say it's worth your money and is suitable for all skin types.

Verdict - repurchased and already using!

Lancรดme Gel Eclat - I got this free when I bought my Clarisonic Mia 2 {See review} and honestly I've never looked back! This gel cleanser works perfectly with my Clarisonic and leaves my skin literally smooth and squeaky clean. I prefer using this as a night time cleanse as my second cleanse to make sure my skin is fully clean and all make up has been removed. I would recommend this more so for oilier skin types than dry, purely because it's not super nourishing. I have super sensitive skin and it didn't even leave it irritated!

Verdict - repurchased and already using!

L'Oreal Paris EverPure Sulfate-Free Color Care System Smooth Shampoo and Conditioner - I bought these two waaay in America last year, and honestly wish I'd tried these sooner. These two are wonderful to use and are nourishing for even the driest of hair. The products are also sulfate-free and after all the controversy of circulating sulfates I was dying to try a product free of them, and I'm honestly surprised - I couldn't tell a single difference. The only main issue I found with these products are they're designed for coloured hair, it didn't help with my man-made blonde locks so I still had to buy other products to main the blonde. Sadly I cannot seem to find it in the UK, so I will have to wait till I go back to the USA to get my hands on these.

Verdict - will repurchase

Soap and Glory The Ultimelt - After hearing Caroline Hirons, the ultimate skincare guru, raving about this as a great, inexpensive morning cleanser I was desperate to get my hands on it. Especially, as due to having oily skin I used to restrict my morning routine to face washes that stripped my skin - which sometimes was not for the best. Overall, I liked how soft and silky the cleaner felt to use, and the fact for £10 it also came with a muslin cloth was great! Sadly, though it didn't cleanse my skin enough and actually irritated my eyes. Furthermore, after trying other hot cloth cleansers such as the Emma Hardie Moringa Balm {review} and the cheaper Body Shop Balm {review} they didn't love up to expectations.

Verdict - will not repurchase

Nude Purify Cleansing Wash - This cleanser sounded great on paper, listing all these qualities, balancing the skin without drying it, smoothing and soothing the skin, but sadly didn't live up to them. This is my first ever product by Nude that I've ever tried and I honestly expected more. It generally was quite a soft, simple, nice cleanser that didn't irritate my skin and had quite a weird creamy/gel-like consistency but for the price it wasn't worth it. I found the best use for it was as a morning cleanse, but even then the product leaves a residue behind that is not what oily skin gals want.

Verdict - will not repurchase

Worth The Splurge: Clarisonic Mia 2 Review ft. Deep Pore Kit

Today I thought I'd finally post my review of the Clarisonic Mia 2, which I've owned for over 3/4 years now! I remember when I first bought it there was a massive hype around it which made me weary of purchasing it in the first place but I feel after this much time I can give you an in-depth and honest review. I originally bought the Clarisonic Mia 2 in a set from House of Fraser which included a Lancome cleanser (which I still love and use) and a Lancome serum {Link}. Whereas, the decongesting set I got for Christmas in 2014 as I needed replacement brush heads.

The Basics
Brand: Clarisonic
Name of Product: Mia 2 & Deep Pore Decongesting Replenishment Kit
Purpose of product: To deep cleanse the skin and leave it softer, smooth and clearer. The Deep Pore is also designed to do this but is also meant to unclog, detoxify and refine the skin.
Price: Mia 2 £120 | Link, Deep Pore Kit £49.50 | Link
How much product do you get: Deep Pore Kit Cleanser 177ml, Mask 60ml.Who it's aimed for: Any and every skin type but for the deep pore kit I'd say more oily, combination skin types that have big pores or acne.Where to buy: Feel Unique, House of Fraser.

Product Description
The Clarisonic Mia 2 features two speed settings that are designed to remove makeup, clean, soften and smooth the skin. It's also designed to effectively remove dirt and excess sebum.  The Deep Pore kit contains a brush head which is deisgned to remove excess oil, dir, impurities and to balance the skin. Whilst the cleanser within the kit is more targeted at minimising pores and cleaning the skin without over-drying it. Finally, the clay mask is targeted to draw out the build-up of dirt, grime and impurities without leaving the skin super tight.

How To Use
Dampen the skin and the Clarisonic brush then apply the cleanser either to the brush head or distribute across the face, and then cleanse the skin. I do this step every night, whereas in the morning I use a more gentle balm cleanser. The mask I recommend using once-to-twice a week depending on your skin and leaving for about 15 minutes or until the mask is completely dry to touch.

Pro's
I adore these products so much! The Clarisonic Mia 2 is amazing and honestly makes such a difference to my skin, leaving me to understand the hype so much. I notice a difference in my skin whenever I stop using it or get lazy and forget to use it. I used to have quite a lot of under the surface-skin spots that no matter what I used I couldn't seem to rid myself of them, but after the using the Mia 2 they've all completely gone. My skin now is pretty much as clear as I can get it and it's given me so much confidence. It also doesn't leave my skin dry or super tight afterwards; just clean and smooth. The Deep Pore Cleanser I've also really enjoyed using as it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin nor dry it out. It works perfectly with the Mia 2 but I also enjoy using it on it's own. The Clay Mask I also really like as it doesn't leave my skin red afterwards like a lot of the other clay masks on the market, and drastically clears up my skin after a few days of using it (great for hangover days when your skin is in need of a little help!) As I do find the first few days after using it I do break out but that's normally due to it drawing all the dirt to the surface of my skin and out!

Con's
I honestly don't have any issues with the Mia 2 besides the hefty price tag, but for how much use I've gotten out of it, how long the charge lasts and how clear my skin is - I'd say it's worth it. The Deep Pore kit is also pretty expensive and even though I do love the cleanser I have tried others that are just as good for a cheaper price tag. But, my only main issue was with the Deep Pore Brush Head. As I found it was great with me for a start but then I ended up with super dry skin and it didn't rid me of my congested blackheads around my nose. So, if using the brush head I'd only recommend using it once/twice a week.

Is it worth the splurge?
I definitely think the Mia 2 is worth the splurge and recommend it to any and every skin type! Whereas, the Deep Pore Kit I recommend the clay mask whereas the cleanser and the brush head I'd say isn't really worth the splurge. Especially, I'd say it's only suitable for extremely oily skin types and not really combination skin types - like myself.

Rating
Mia 2 - 10/10
Deep Pore Kit - 6/10

Cutest Gift Set Ever

I'm a massive fan of cute, quirky gifts and especially anything to do with Bodycare. (As you've seen from my mass amount of Lush and shower gel loving posts). I was sent this adorable cute Toast and Jam Body Wash Set | Link from The Internet Gift Store. Furthermore, I'm a major believer in buying Christmas gifts early (yes, I did just mention the C word!), and I think cute, quirky gifts like this that aren't super pricey are great for friends or even stocking fillers that make Christmas Day a bit more exciting and unique.

The Basics
Brand: Mad Beauty
Name of Product: Toast and Jam Body Wash SetPurpose of product: Body wash to clean, awaken and revive the skin by leaving it smelling fruity and freshPrice: £6.99 | Link
Who it's aimed for: Anybody and everybody really! Especially someone that likes to try new and different things
Product Description

A strawberry scented body wash that comes with toast-shaped sponge, designed to be fruity and fresh. Great gift idea.
Where to buy: Internet Gift Store | Link

How To UseObviously, everyone knows how to use a body wash but as this is more of a jelly and has a more thicker, liquid consistency (much alike real jelly) myself and Internet Gift Store recommend using it by lathering yourself and the product with warm water (or however you like your shower/bath to be!) and then gently massaging into the skin before washing away.

Pro's
I adore this product for so many reasons! The packaging is easy and simple to use and get the product out and clearly highlights when you're running low - and need to repurchase! It has a lovely fresh strawberry scent and is so exciting and fun to use due to it's jelly shaped texture and appearance. The toast shaped sponge is also a really cool idea and completely unique. I personally, fell in love with the product before I even opened the packaging purely because of the toast sponge. It's also a great dupe for any of Lush's shower jellys or The Body Shops raspberry shower gel.

Cons
Sadly, I don't have any massive cons. My only main issue was that it smelt so nice it was difficult to not want to try and eat it! I also wished it had a few skincare benefits besides just making me smell nice.

Should I Buy It?/Do I Recommend?I would say definitely! It's a super cute gift that any young girl or older woman or of any gender really would appreciate.

I also highly recommend checking out the online Internet Gift Store because they have a great variety of products to buy for just about everybody, from Christmas to Mothers Day to Graduation Day!

What do you get: A strawberry scented body wash and a toast-shaped sponge

My Basic Skincare Must Haves

Hey lovelies,

Today I thought I'd do a feature today where I showcase all my basic must have skincare products and my recommendations for each one. As understandably skincare can get quite confusing and when there are so many products to choose from you can easily get overwhelmed and unsure as to what you need to buy and what you don't. Skincare, I personally feel, is the most important part of your regime - more so than makeup. As, if your skin looks good a) you'll need less makeup and b) your makeup will apply a hell of a lot easier. After a quick description of each product there will be a few of my recommendations at the end, with a high end and a drugstore choice.

1. Makeup Remover
A decent makeup remover that works well on both the eyes and skin is key. As you want something gentle around the eyes, so that you don't have to tug, but also something that can remove your foundation. I'd recommend either a micellar water as they're light and super gentle and work, or a cleansing oil as they're a bit heavier but take everything off with major skin benefits. Both work well for either skin types. I own both a micellar water and a cleansing oil, purely because I find the micellar water is easier to travel with. (As seen in my photo, I've decanted it into a smaller, travel-size bottle)
Recommendations: BioDerma Sensibo | Link, Garnier Cleansing Micellar Water | Link,  Superfacialist Vitamin C+ Skin Renew Cleansing Oil (Review) | Link, The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil (Review) | Link

2. Cleanser
Cleansing your skin is super important and shouldn't get mixed up with removing your makeup. Makeup remover takes off your makeup, whereas a cleanser actually cleans your skin and gets inside all your dirty pores (lovely image!). You always go in with a cleanser after you've removed your makeup. Out of every skincare product, cleansers are very subjective to skincare types but personally I recommend ones that actually leave my skin feeling clean and soft, but not dry or tight. I also have quite sensitive skin so something suited to sensitive skin is perfect for me! My favourite types of cleansers are either gel or balm cleansers - gel are normally better suited to combination to oily skin types whereas balms are universal.
Recommendations: Lancome Gel Eclat (Suitable for all types) | Link, Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser (All skin types - especially sensitive) | Link, Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm (All types) (Review) | Link, LUSH Ultraband (All types) | Link

3. Exfoliators
Exfoliation is really important for removing dead skin cells and maintaining a glow to your skin. I'd recommend doing once to twice depending on how dry your skin is. Personally, I find exfoliators can be quite difficult to buy as many I've tried have been super harsh and have made my skin worse! I recommend either using a gentle exfoliator/scrub or using a chemical toner as they can be used everyday and are a lot more gentle.
Recommendations: Pixi Glow Tonic | Link,  Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub | Link, St Ives Apricot Scrub | Link

4. Toners
Now, some people believe toners are a pointless task and don't really do anything, but I adore a good toner. They're super refreshing and really calm my skin down. I've already done a post on my all time current favourite two toners, but toners are an all round great product. I recommend buying ones without alcohol in as then they can become super harsh on the skin.
Recommendations: LUSH Eau Roma Water (Review) | Link, LUSH Tea Tree Toner | Link, Kiehls Oil Eliminator Toner (Review) | Link, Caudalie Beauty Elixr (Review) | Link

5. SPF
SPF is super important no matter if the weather is rainy or cloudy, you should still protect your skin with a minimum of 25 SPF. I normally apply my SPF over my moisturiser but under my makeup, so I prefer a SPF that isn't greasy or slimy.
Recommendations: Clarins UV+ SPF 50 | Link, Kiehls Ultra Light Daily Defense SPF 50 | Link, Olay Complete Daily Defense SPF 30 | Link
6. Eye Cream
Looking after your under eye is a necessity, especially because it's so delicate. I have pretty bad dark circles, so I sometimes like to have a brightening eye cream for daytime and a more heavier, moisturising one to go to bed with.
Recommendations: The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream (Review) | Link, Simple Kind To Eyes Roll On (Mornings only) | Link, Kiehls Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado | Link, Botanics Radiant Youth Hydrating Eye Cream | Link,  Origins GinZing Eye Cream (Mornings only) | Link

7. Moisturiser
Besides cleansing and SPF, this is one of the most important steps in a skincare routine. No matter whether you're super dry or extremely oily moisturising your face is extremely important. Especially in the morning before you apply your makeup as it essentially lays a base for your foundation and other products to stick to. Now I have oily skin so I mainly shop for moisturisers suited to my skin type, but I will recommend a few for others.
Recommendations: LUSH Enzymion (Oily/Combo) | Link, Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser (All types) (Review) | Link, Origins GinZing (All types) | Link, Origins A Perfect World (Normal/Dry) | Link

The Worst Hair Oil - Ever.

Hey lovelies,

Now I try not to make a habit of posting negative reviews or talking badly about products, but every so often I buy something that I'm really disappointed in and I think to myself "If only someone had told me, I wouldn't have wasted my money". So, I'm hoping I can save you today and you can end up buying a better product! If you want to view any other reviews of Lee Stafford products click here, as I am a massive fan of some of their other products.

The Basics
Brand: Lee Stafford
Name of Product: Ubunto Oils - Repair Oil
Purpose of product: To repair damaged hair, pamper, restore and hydrate coarse hair.
Price: £9.99 | Link
How much product do you get: 50ml
Who it's aimed for: Hair thats damaged/coarse.
Where to buy: Boots

Product Description
These oils will leave hair pampered, repaired, restored and full of juicy goodness once again. This repairing saviour, rich in Mafura Oil has the ability to penetrate and restore coarse/damaged hair. Due to its rich concentration, unlike most commercial oils, it can penetrate the cuticle to get deep down to the cortex to repair hair where it really matters.

How To Use
Apply to wet or dry hair, by pumping a couple of drops (I use three) into your hands, rub together and then evenly distribute between the lengths of your hair, 3/4's of the way down. I recommend using the amount best suited for your hair - as if you have thicker, longer hair like myself you'll obviously need more product than someone with short hair.

Pro's
Sadly, as the title of this post suggest there are not many pro's to the product. The only few I can think of are that it's not super expensive especially as at Boots there are regular deals of which you can normally get it discounted. The product also smells nice and the packaging is simple to use. Finally, the oil is quite thin and light meaning you can get away with applying it to dry hair without it weighing it down or making it look greasy.

Con's
Now my main issue with this product was that it just didn't work! Which obviously defeats any pro to the product. I have quite thick, long and slightly damaged hair from bleaching so when I first read the description of this I was so excited to give it a try - especially as all the other Lee Stafford products I've tried have been amazing (link here to view). It did not repair or nourish my hair in any way what so ever. Especially, with other hair oil products I've dramatically noticed the difference the next day this just didn't do that sadly. My only other main negative comment is that even though the packaging is easy to use it's super difficult to tell how much product is left - which I find a necessity when you like the product and want to buy more.

Should I Buy It?/Do I Recommend?
Obviously, I don't recommend it nor would I repurchase. Although I do recommend using a hair oil and recommend trying the original moroccan oil | Link .

The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter Review

Hey lovelies,
Today I'm featuring a review of a recent cleansing balm I've been obsessing over. Ever since, I fell in love with the Emma Hardie cleansing balm (review here), I've never strayed from it. But, due to the price I've always had to wait until my birthday or christmas to stock up, which led to me wanting to try out the Body Shops' offering instead for a much more student, purse friendly alternative. As you can probably tell, if you've been a fan of Victoria Louise Beauty for a long time I'm a massive fan of The Body Shop's skincare, and by clicking here, you can view all the reviews I've done of their products so far!

The Basics
Brand: The Body Shop
Name of Product: Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter
Purpose of product: Remove and melts away makeup leaving the skin clean, soft, smooth and refreshed.
Price: £13 | Link
How much product do you get: 90ml
Who it's aimed for: All skin types - specifically those with sensitive skin.

Where to buy: The Body Shop

Product Description
An indulgent cleanser that gently melts away makeup, suitable for the whole face leaving skin feeling clean and petal-soft whilst being perfect for sensitive skin and contact wearers.

How To Use
I use this as my second cleanser at night, after either going in with my favourite cleansing oil (review here) or my Bioderma, to take away the main chunk of my makeup and more specifically my eye makeup. I massage the balm/butter into the skin for a good 5-10 minutes, then dampen my Emma Hardie muslim cloth and gently wipe away until my skin is soft and clean.

Pro's
Overall, this cleanser actually surprised me! The cleanser felt silky and luxurious for a drugstore offering, Also, it left my skin makeup free, soft and smooth from the first use. Although, it expectantly didn't live up to my Emma Hardie balm it definitely put up a strong fight, and I would honestly recommend for a cheaper alternative. Although the smell wasn't my favourite, it did give off a calming effect and didn't irritate my skin nor eyes at all. I sadly cannot comment on the contact wearer claim as I don't personally wear contacts. Even more so, even though I have oily to combination skin it didn't leave my skin super oily afterwards and thoroughly removed all the dirt and grime throughout the day. Furthermore, I've had this for a decent time now and it's still going strong purely because a little seriously does go a long way.

Con's
Personally, I don't have any major cons. My only issue is; even though the price isn't majorly expensive - I feel for the size of the product you get it is a bit steep for a drugstore skincare product. I also found even though it did remove my makeup it didn't have any other extra skincare benefits besides a simple makeup remover. Whereas, I'm a massive fan of 2 in 1 products.

Should I Buy It?/Do I Recommend?
Yes! Definitely I recommend it and say you should go out and buy it now! I personally feel everyone should at least once try using a cleansing balm, and every skin definitely benefits from it. So, why not a try a silky balm with a drugstore price?! This is definitely great for oily to dry skins and is a perfect introduction to a more sophisticated, in-depth skincare routine that in all honesty every skin needs and desires.

Please let me know if you've tried this cleanser or any other good cleansing butters out on the market as you can probably tell I'm nearly out of this one!

Clarins 'Eye Contour Gel' Review

Hey lovelies,
Today I've got a skincare review for you on the Clarins 'Eye Contour Gel' which I was recommended after my facial last year.

The Basics
Brand: Clarins
Name of Product: Eye Contour Gel
Purpose of product: To help aid with puffiness and dark circles
Price: £31 | Link
Where to buy: Boots
How much product do you get: 20ml
Who it's aimed for: All skin types but mainly for people that deal with dark circles or puffiness.

Product Description
A cooling, non-oily gel that's ultra lightweight and rich in plant extracts to help reduce puffiness and dark circles. Can be used any time of day and is fragrance free so suitable for even the sensitive of eyes.

How To Use
I apply it once in the morning before my moisturiser by lightly pressing it into the contour of my eye with my ring finger. I then follow up with the gel at nighttime once again before my moisturiser.

Pro's
This was quite an average product for me so sadly there isn't a massive lot to say about the product. I found the product was quite cooling and even though it was a gel consistency it still dried quickly - which was great for rushed days where I had to apply makeup straight after washing my face. I found to make it even cooler I put it in the fridge, which then once applied was lovely and refreshing. It slightly limited dryness and redness, and also due to it being fragrance free it didn't upset my sensitive eyes which was great.

Con's
Overall, I found it didn't really help at all with my dark circles which was the main reason I bought the eye cream and the whole function of the product. I also realised, this was best for nighttime as I've found I need something a bit thicker and more of a brightening product during the day. Sadly, once I did some research into the product I realised once again, like my toner review {click here}, apart from the refreshing feeling it gave you, the ingredients ultimately give no benefits for the skin around the eyes.

Should I Buy It?/Do I Recommend?
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it - nor suggest buying it. I find for such a basic eye cream/gel that the only benefit is that it's refreshing is not worth the steep price tag. Especially, as even though it didn't upset my sensitive skin around my eyes I am aware there are plenty of other eye creams that achieve the same result and more, at a much better price point.

Not Your Mother's 'Way To Grow' Shampoo and Conditioner Review

Hey lovelies,
Today on Victoria Louise Beauty is a review of the 'Not Your Mother's: Way To Grow' shampoo and conditioner which I've has currently been my haircare routine. A bit of background knowledge for my hair is, it's long, ombre-d at the end, extremely thick, dry and verging on damaged *yikes*.  If you want to view any of my other haircare related posts {click here}, they range from reviews of treatments, other shampoo and conditioners and monthly favourites.

The Basics
Brand: Not Your Mother's
Name of Product: Way To Grow Long & Strong Shampoo and Conditioner
Purpose of product: To help grow stronger, healthier hair whilst limiting breakage.
Price: Shampoo: £7.59 | Link , Conditioner: £9.20 | Link
Where to buy: Urban Outfitters
How much product do you get: 237ml for both
Who it's aimed for: All types or thickness, but especially dry, unhealthy, chemically treated hair.

Product Description
Made with essential vitamins, herbs and bioactive extracts for stronger, healthier hair to grow longer. Made for existing hair; it doesn't grow new hair. Safe for use with chemically treated hair.

How To Use
I apply the shampoo first to damp hair and massage into a lather, for about 2-3 minutes. Then rinse off thoroughly, Following through with the conditioner which I apply to the bottom half of my hair and leave on for about 5 minutes before combing through and then washing it out.

Pro's
Surprisingly, I really enjoyed using these products. As previous to purchasing these I'd heard a lot of hype surrounding this collection and was nervous when trying them to see whether they would live up to their reputation. Which they did. I loved the fruity smell they left on my hair and that the brand doesn't state it will help magically grow your hair, only help what does grow to be healthier. *cough cough Lee Stafford*. The shampoo lathers really well and doesn't leave my hair feeling stripped. The conditioner also has quite a weird, foamy consistency to it but was still enjoyable to use. I also loved how both products were sulfate free and suitable for coloured hair. Out of the two, the shampoo was definitely my favourite.

Con's
Overall, there wasn't much I hated about the products. They left my hair feeling healthier and all-round happier. I did find the conditioner wasn't as 'intensely moisturising' as described nor expected it to be. I also found I still had breakage with my hair and sadly it didn't live up to the previously mentioned Lee Stafford Hair Growth collection | Link, which is my all time favourite hair care for long hair. But, to say you get a lot more product for your money and it still delivers an admirable result, I can't say I hate it.

Should I buy it? Do I recommend?
I do recommend it, most definitely for all hair types. Especially, on how much product you get for your money I say why not give it a try? It worked well on my hair to say what awful condition it was in to begin with.

The Body Jewellery Shop

Hey lovelies,
Today I thought I'd do a review on some earrings I was sent for review from The Body Jewellery Shop.

When it comes to jewellery the one staple item I always wear are earrings - they're easy to wear, they don't get tangled in your hair *cough cough* necklaces, they can be small and simplistic or make a statement. So, when I was sent these earrings I was so excited! As even though it's the only piercing I currently have (emphasis on the currently) I adore wearing different ones, choosing ones to match my outfit or just going through phases of wearing simple, sophisticated studs.

Earrings - Jewelled Stud Clear* | Link

The Body Jewellery Shop brand is an online store that sells jewellery online, from the likes of studs, naval accessories and even tunnels and plugs. So, honestly you're spoilt for choice and it definitely caters for every piercing you could think of! Especially, ear piercing jewellery has such a wide collection that if anything it was overwhelming choosing earrings, and for such cheap prices how could you resist?!

My Clear Jewelled Studs (£1.99) are perfect for a simple, no-fuss, choice that would compliment any outfit and could be easy to match with a simple necklace or with extra piercings. These are my favourite out of the three I own, mainly because they're so easy to wear and I can sleep in them with no issue, if I forget to take them out - a.k.a every night.

Silver Glitter Stud Earrings* | Link, Pearl Stud Earrings White* | Link
The next two are also simple but are also still beautiful. The Silver Glitter Studs (£1.99) I've received so many compliments on when wearing, purely because they sparkle so beautifully in natural light and shine. You can see these are an extremely popular pair due to currently being out of stock online. So when they next become available I definitely recommend buying them straight away!
My third pair of some White Pearl Studs (£1.99) and are a classic earring to wear when you're possibly feeling a bit fancy. They're great I find to wear when you have your hair up, or pulled back as they really give a regal feel to your outfit when noticeable.

All for £1.99 from The Body Jewellery Shop I honestly can't think of one reason to not buy them! And if you are feeling something a bit more adventurous, with prices so cheap and affordable for such good quality products I say why not!

Thank you for reading,
